TEAM-BASED CHURCH LEADERSHIP
We practice a team-based church leadership. The leadership team is made up of Elders, equal in authority, who serve collectively as the “overseers” and “pastors and teachers” of the church. These Elders together determine the teaching programme, vision, strategy, direction and prioritisation of the work of the Church.

LEADERS NEED THE SUPPORT OF A WIDER TEAM
The Elders are supported in their practical and spiritual work by a team of Deacons (the word “Deacon” means servant) comprising both men and women with responsibilities delegated by the Elders.
